Summary This position is eligible for the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP), a student loan payment reimbursement program. Participates in and manages all aspects of general surgery practice consistent with her or her training and experience. This encompasses all areas of general surgery. Performs surgery and provides pre-op and post-op care as indicated for major and minor procedures, as well as consultation for patients in both the inpatient and outpatient settings. Participates in a shared rotation of night and weekend on-call coverage. Participates in various committees and quality improvement projects, as requested by the Chief of Surgery, Deputy Chief of Surgery, and/or medical center leadership. Assist in continued development, implementation, and expansion of programs within the Surgery Service line.
