Description We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to senior leadership within the financial services sector. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring seamless communication across teams. This opportunity is based in Stamford, Connecticut. Responsibilities: u2022 Manage and maintain executives' calendars, ensuring appointments and meetings are efficiently organized. u2022 Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation. u2022 Prepare materials and agendas for executive meetings, ensuring all required documents are available and organized. u2022 Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling and communication between executives and internal teams. u2022 Monitor and prioritize incoming correspondence, responding on behalf of the executive when appropriate. u2022 Ensure timely follow-ups on action items and decisions from meetings. u2022 Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism. u2022 Collaborate with other departments to facilitate executive requests and streamline operational workflows. u2022 Assist in planning and organizing events and meetings, both virtual and in-person. u2022 Provide support for additional administrative tasks as needed. Requirements u2022 Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives. u2022 Strong proficiency in managing complex calendars with efficiency and attention to detail. u2022 Expertise in coordinating travel arrangements, including international itineraries. u2022 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. u2022 Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. u2022 High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information. u2022 Proficiency with office software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite. u2022 Previous experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
