THE WORK As the manager of the Subcontract Specialist Group (SSG), you will be responsible for leading a team which advocates for the company's best interests in subcontract negotiations and ensures compliance with policies and regulations. This team is responsible for assisting the supply chain management team in executing terms and conditions negotiations across all Sikorsky market segments which includes USG, Commercial and Development programs. As the manager of this team, you will provide guidance and assist the subcontracts specialist group as they conduct negotiations/risk-based assessments of clauses reserved for Legal review and approval; obtain proper internal approvals from Legal/IP Legal and support final document preparation. You will also be a key resource for global supply chain to engage regarding terms and conditions, prime flow down requirements, supplier correspondence and issue mitigation. Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
