As an Executive and Plant Manager for Eatonu2019s Fluid Electrical Distribution Division you will be responsible for daily operations, safety, quality, on-time delivery, efficiency, and overall success of the site. The strategic direction, goals, and processes/practices you create, and implement will drive the desired annual profit plan and long-term targets. The plant is centrally located in Bethel, with easy access to the metro and Amtrak train systems connected to all major cities in the Northeastern United States. Qualifications: Required Qualifications: u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree from an accredited institution u2022 Minimum 7 years of experience with progressive levels of accountability and responsibility in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, OPEX, Engineering and/or Quality in a manufacturing environment. u2022 Minimum 5 years of managerial experience. u2022 Authorized to work in the US on a continuous basis without company sponsorship. u2022 This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
