Description We are looking for a Sr. Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Heber Springs, Arkansas. Responsibilities: u2022 Coordinate payment approvals for wire transfers or checks, adhering to company protocols. u2022 Manage vendor relationships by addressing inquiries and resolving discrepancies promptly. u2022 Assist the controller in evaluating critical payments and contributing to cash flow management strategies. u2022 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency. u2022 Support the transition to automated systems by maintaining accuracy during manual processes. u2022 Research and resolve invoice issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. u2022 Participate in training opportunities to enhance your knowledge and support your growth. Requirements u2022 3+ years of previous experience in accounts payable is required u2022 Proficiency in invoice coding, processing, and batching techniques. u2022 Additional experience in researching invoice discrepancies is highly preferred. u2022 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to handle high-volume transactions. u2022 Ability to work independently in a quiet office setting while maintaining productivity. u2022 Effective communication skills for collaborating with teams and vendors. u2022 Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes. u2022 A degree in accounting or business is a plus, but not mandatory.
