Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee and manage commercial properties in Honolulu, Hawaii. This permanent or contract-to-permanent position offers an excellent opportunity to utilize your expertise in property management, team leadership, and business development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial property management and a proven ability to deliver exceptional service to tenants and stakeholders. Responsibilities: u2022 Supervise and mentor team members to ensure effective property management operations. u2022 Maintain strong communication with vendors, tenants, and staff to address concerns and provide timely resolutions. u2022 Prepare detailed reports, review financial budgets, and oversee various projects to support property goals. u2022 Conduct property inspections to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement. u2022 Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance business growth and attract new clients. u2022 Organize and lead meetings with stakeholders to discuss property updates and operational strategies. u2022 Manage vendor relationships and coordinate services to maintain property standards. u2022 Handle special projects and additional duties as needed to support property operations. Requirements u2022 Active Real Estate license is required. u2022 Minimum of 8 years of recent commercial property management experience. u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree or equivalent relevant experience is a must. u2022 Demonstrated experience in managing teams and providing leadership. u2022 Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. u2022 Strong skills in vendor relationship management and operational oversight. u2022 Excellent communication and organizational abilities. u2022 Ability to conduct property inspections and implement necessary improvements.
