Requirements u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. u2022 Proven experience in financial management or as a Controller, preferably in a leadership capacity. u2022 Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards. u2022 Proficiency in financial software and tools, with the ability to adapt to new systems. u2022 Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data. u2022 Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities. u2022 Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. u2022 Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
