This position involves the use of various pricing models and analysis techniques. This position will work closely with members of the sales team, account services team, product team and legal team, as well as be responsible for maintaining producer and carrier relationships outside of the organization. u00a0 JOB DETAILS + Location:u00a0Flexible work options:u00a0 Indianapolis, IN (in office), Hybrid, or Remote + Relocation Expenses Reimbursed:u00a0 No + Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. IMG will not beu00a0providing sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B or TN status) for this position. u00a0 PERKS + Comprehensive benefits package including Medical/RX/Dental/Vision Insurance + 401k Plan with company match + Paid Time Off and Company Holidays + Free employee parking + On site fitness center + Casual dress environment + Tuition reimbursement plan u00a0 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES + Review new business RFPu2019s and determine appropriate pricing + Evaluate product renewals and make pricing recommendations + Review policy change requests and perform plan change calculations + Assist in product development process and implementation of new products + Complete financial exhibits and develop performance reports when requested + Work directly with risk carrier and pricing actuaries + Work within authority limits and underwriting guidelines + Use the appropriate pricing tools and experience rating templates in preparing the pricing for both new and renewal businessu00a0 u00a0 QUALIFICATIONS + Minimum of 5 yearsu2019 experience related to US admitted travel product underwriting in an insurance environment + Comprehensive understanding of the travel insurance industry and regulatory requirements + Understanding of the financial fundamentals used in risk analysis, including loss trends and historical experience forecasting methodologies + High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Ability to establish priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously + Ability to work autonomously and take initiative in a fast-paced environment + Requires strong mathematical and analytical skills + Advanced MS Office skills, especially in using Excel, Word, PowerBI and PowerPoint u00a0 PREFERRED SKILLS + BA/BS in Insurance or related field + Strong knowledge of travel industry structure and dynamics u00a0 IMG is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
