About the role The ServiceNow Lead Educator is a professional who helps businesses by developing facilitating and supervising training programs for employees. Assess the needs of the Region business implement training and development plans and facilitate a wide variety of training programs that enhance the effectiveness of the workforce. In this role, you will: Responsibilities u00b7 Partner with Training Global team to design and implement the regional learning strategy u00b7 Mentor and train internal authorized trainers as part of the training program. u00b7 Partner with Global Training team to design training for Cognizant/Thirdera University to support the development of technical skills across the region u00b7 Collaborate with the team in developing creative design solutions. u00b7 Lead team in project design and documentation from start to finish. u00b7 Compile requirements for Cognizant and solutions to offer to our customers. u00b7 Provides input to and or create specialist points of view for the market and where appropriate present at industry events. u00b7 Brings thought leadership and innovative solution ideas to existing clients. u00b7 Monitoring and maintenance of the updated and current certifications of the Services Sales and digital teams u00b7 Lead initiatives that promote knowledge sharing among teams u00b7 Delivery of training internally public and to ServiceNow client Work Model We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. The annual salary for this position is between $120,000 - $189,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
