Testing Leadership - Minimum 5 Years (60 Months) Experience leading testing efforts, including: Writing and executing test scenarios and test cases involving business entities/objects and their relationships Developing traceability matrices correlating business rules, use cases, and test scenarios Preparing comprehensive Functional Test Plans detailing the who, what, where, how, and why of testing activities Creating User Acceptance Test (UAT) plans including entrance/exit criteria and collaborating with users on testing decisions 2. Automation & Development Technologies - Minimum 5 Years (60 Months) Hands-on experience with: Selenium WebDriver Page 1 Java, J2EE HTML, CSS, JavaScript Eclipse IDE 3. SQL & Database Testing - Minimum 5 Years (60 Months) Writing SQL queries to validate back-end data processing Creating and managing test data 4. CI/CD Tools - Minimum 4 Years (48 Months) Experience working with: GitHub Maven Jenkins Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment processes 5. Web Services & SOA Testing - Minimum 4 Years (48 Months) Experience testing in SOA environments including functional and performance testing using: JMeter SoapUI Postman Page 2
