The Photography Production Manager oversees the end-to-end management and flawless execution of complex photo shoots and related creative projects - including all pre-production planning and post-production processes - ensuring every deliverable aligns with brand standards and marketing objectives. This position focuses on streamlining production processes, leveraging tools and systems, and driving operational efficiency. Additionally, the role influences cross-functional teams and individuals to adopt innovative approaches that foster agility, continuous improvement, collaboration, and a growth mindset, enabling the photography team to scale visual storytelling effectively and deliver high-quality imagery at speed and scale. _As a_ manager, creative operations - Photo Production _,_ _you willu2026_ u00b7 Develop and update integrated plans that include deliverables, strategic alignment, enterprise-wide impacts,milestones, risks, assumptions, constraints and overall investment. u00b7 Be Responsible for execution of multiple project deliverables, timelines and identifying risk. Oversee all aspects ofapprovals and production schedules. u00b7 Use existing marketing & creative technology, tools & processes to execute day to day creative, content & productiondesign projects. u00b7 Manages moderately to highly complex creative projects & programs independently or with support of Associate or Specialist. u00b7 Manage end-to-end photography production for brand, product, and campaign shoots-from concept through post-production. u00b7 Coordinate pre-production planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation across multiple projects. u00b7 Oversee on-set operations to ensure shoots run smoothly, on time, and within budget. u00b7 Supervise and support a team of producers and production assistants, art director, designers, providing guidance and feedback. u00b7 Build and maintain strong relationships with photographers, stylists, studios, and other creative vendors. u00b7 Assist in handling contract negotiations, usage rights, and licensing agreements. u00b7 Partner with creative directors, art directors, and marketing leads to ensure photography aligns with brand vision and campaign objectives. u00b7 Implement and improve production workflows, tools, and best practices to drive efficiency. u00b7 Manage systems for asset organization, shoot tracking, and post-production delivery. u00b7 Assist with annual budgeting and resource planning for photography production. u00b7 Track performance and provide recommendations to improve future shoots. _Weu2019dloveto hear from people with:_ u00b7 6-10 years of experience working in photo production and/or project management within a global brand or agency setting. u00b7 Familiarity with digital asset management systems (DAM). u00b7 Knowledge of sustainability practices in photo production. u00b7 Passion for coffee culture, food styling, and visual storytelling. u00b7 BA/BS with concentration in business, marketing, technology or similar field required u00b7 Strong problem solving, influencing and analytical skills and an ability to think outside the box to achieve results. u00b7 Compelling presentation skills, persuasive and succinct oral, written and email skills. u00b7 Able to develop and implement, with support, best-in-class vendor management processes. Deep knowledge ofdigital production & operations vendor landscape and capabilities. u00b7 Proven technical understanding, with ability to grasp new technologies & concepts quickly. Interest in technology &digital innovation to solve complex customer and marketer problems. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.
