Description Robert Half is partnering with a boutique law firm in Seattle is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their team and support a growing caseload in personal injury litigation. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with attorneys on trial preparation and case management. Location: Seattle, WA Pay Rate: $30-40 per hour Duration: 3+ months potential for extension Schedule: M-F, 8am-5pm Responsibilities: + Prepare and file motions, discovery documents, and trial materials to support litigation processes. + Manage case schedules, including calendaring deadlines and coordinating necessary filings. + Draft legal documents such as motions, letters, notices of intent, and other correspondence. + Organize and review medical records and billing information to assist with case evaluation. + Track and log billable hours accurately to ensure proper reporting. + Collaborate with attorneys on trial preparation, including gathering evidence and organizing exhibits. + Conduct legal research and support discovery efforts to strengthen case arguments. Requirements + Minimum of three years of experience in civil litigation or trial preparation. + Proficiency in drafting legal documents and managing discovery processes. + Attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing legal and medical documents.
