Your Opportunity As a Senior Project Manager, Water, you will work on some of the most exciting and complex projects around focus on Project Leadership, Business Development, Seller/Do-er. Collaborating with Senior leaders with Stantec. Does working with clients on great projects, with a talented team of professionals while driving top line appeal to you? the Senior Project Manager, Water is the u201cseller/doeru201d responsible for leading the pursuit and delivery of excellent work to our clients. You lead the growth of the Business and Stantecu2019s market position by leveraging their technical skills, industry and market knowledge, and client and partner relationships to purse and win work that transforms our business and inspires our people. You work closely with account managers, business developers, Sector Leaders (SLs) and project managers to identify and manage our key accounts, pursue opportunities, and solicit feedback from clients on our performance. You partner with the broader leadership team to lead and manage, inspire and engage, win and do work u2013 building a culturally strong and high performing business. Your Key Responsibilities - Using your knowledge of advanced engineering principles, you design and oversee complex projects involving provision of potable water, disposal of wastewater and sewage, or prevention of flood-related damage. - You lead and participate in pursuits and campaigns for major BC and Regional opportunities;engage directly in relationship development, positioning, win strategies and teaming. - You engage in the development and maintenance of relationships between the Company, strategic partners, and clients to expand business opportunities. - You maintain strong client relationships and help identify
