DescriptionTemporary Opportunity: STAFF PERFORMANCE COORDINATORM-F, 3PM - 12AMColumbus, INWe are seeking a motivation driven Staff Performance Coordinator to join our Select team If you are a dynamic individual who loves working in a fast-paced environment and helping to change people's lives, then we are the company you have been searching for Select is an Employbridge company.Employbridge is a place where your career and passion come together.Your Opportunity as a Staff Performance Coordinator:Act as first point of contact for vendors and client contacts for all employee issuesEducates client on guidelines and sets expectations for the handling of any employee issuesEnsures all employee issues are handled appropriately and in a timely fashionCoordinates resolution of the all workforce issues with vendors and client partners and understands risk areas for all partiesDelivers client customized new hire orientationsCollects and reviews all required work related onboarding documents for each employee prior to startRuns reports and uses data to identify workforce challenges and escalates issues to the appropriate resource (using CRM, Power BI, time/attendance software)Participates in client meetings about safety and operations and documents and investigates safety incidents and executes the safety observation programCoaches associates on attendance policies, conducts ABC performance reviews, and assigns and ends associate assignmentsProcesses payroll and tracks attendance, wage, and hour complianceWalks candidates through tour of client facility (walking 3 to 5 miles daily)Participates in whiteboard meetings to understand daily order fill goalsConducts onboarding, I-9s, and background checksYour attributesHands-on experience in a logistics or manufacturing environmentExperience in a customer service role responsible for client communicationData management experienceHR experience is preferredFamiliarity with a heavy process-oriented environmentAble to multi-task, change priorities as appropriate and execute tasks in a high-pressure environmentAble to understand client goals and how they measure successAble to work independently and with a teamPractical experience and comfort with using Microsoft Office productsThe EmployBridge StoryEmployBridge is the largest light industrial staffing supplier in the United States and a preeminent resource for professional staffing.
