The University Account Manager at Off Campus Partners is responsible for managing and strengthening university partnerships within an assigned territory to ensure an exceptional client experience and drive long-term renewals. This role requires a strategic, data-driven, and relationship-focused approach, with a strong emphasis on measurable results, proactive engagement, and business growth. Serving as the primary liaison for university clients, the University Account Manager leads renewal strategy, supports cross-functional collaboration, and ensures partner needs are met in alignment with Off Campus Partnersu2019 broader goals. RESPONSIBILITIES + Build and maintain strong relationships with university clients in your territory, meeting all service requirements and driving account retention and growth. + Lead the renewal processu2014including account reviews, strategic renewal meetings, timeline management, and follow-upu2014to ensure successful, on-time outcomes. + Prepare and present tailored materials for each university meeting, providing relevant updates, insights, and client-specific data to guide decision-making. + Manage day-to-day client needs while delivering proactive, strategic engagement that reinforces the value of our partnership. + Collaborate with key university stakeholdersu2014including day-to-day contacts and senior decision-makersu2014on contract renewals and strategic initiatives to deepen engagement and secure long-term partnerships. + Partner with sales and cross-functional teamsu2014including marketing, product, support, and leadershipu2014to drive revenue growth, align on territory strategy, and inform product adoption, client feedback, and service enhancements. + Stay informed on higher education and student housing trends; support client engagement initiatives such as webinars, advisory groups, newsletters, and regional events. + Attend in-person university meetings and events, with 40u201350% travel expectedu2014primarily during peak academic periods in the spring and fall. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS + 5 or more years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or customer support roles within a corporate environment. Commensurate employment experience at a College or University in campus/residence life, student affairs, or student services will be accepted as an equivalent. + Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills. + Strong strategic, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. + Strong technical and presentation skills. + Self-starter who can work within a team environment and independently, while being highly organized with a strong attention to detail. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. + Bacheloru2019s degree required, preferably in Business Administration, Communications or Marketing from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College. + Candidates must possess a current and valid driveru2019s license. + Satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start. Driving history must reflect responsible driving behavior and compliance with traffic laws.
