JOB REQUIREMENTS: Sunday - Thursday 10 PM - 6AM $25.50 per hour withcompetitive pay progression plan The position will perform packaging ofanimal diet by filling, closing, packing and palletizing packages toinclude but not limited to the following: Perform all set up andpreparation work prior to packaging each diet utilizing productionschedule and Quality-related documents and aides Accurately andthoroughly complete all necessary forms and documents needed for eachpackaging run Complete and document in-process checks and verificationsin compliance with established Quality System Operate all packagingequipment and perform any operational adjustments as needed Maintain aclean and organized work area according to the housekeeping proceduresand checklists Other duties as assigned Qualifications and EducationRequirements Completed High School education English communication -written, reading and oral Developed and accurate basic math ability -addition, subtraction, multiplication, division Neat and legiblehandwriting Preferred Skills Ability to work safely, adhering to allGood Manufacturing Practices and Safe Job Procedures Ability to followdetailed instructions accurately Ability to accurately transpose writtenand printed information to quality record documents Ability to work in astanding position for periods of time up to 8.0 hours Must be able to beself-motivated, work independently Ability to perform repetitive tasksAdditional Notes Physical mobility within facility Ability to wear allrequired safety equipment Ability to frequently lift 50lbs fromfloor toshoulder height Ability to climb and descend stairs and vertical laddersAbility and willingness to operate a Forklift (Certification offeredon-site) Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed (includingalternative shifts and weekends) Successfully pass a physicalexamination by company approved physician English communication -reading, written and verbal This position could be offered atdifferent levels for candidates who qualify with a combination ofadvanced levels of education and/or years of experience.
