Description We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role involves conducting a detailed analysis of telecommunications accounts and spending to identify opportunities for cost optimization and improved efficiency. As a fully remote position, you will collaborate with internal teams to provide actionable insights and recommendations that align with organizational goals. Responsibilities: u2022 Perform in-depth analysis of telecommunications accounts, services, and vendors to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for cost savings. u2022 Develop and present comprehensive reports detailing findings and recommendations to executive leadership. u2022 Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accuracy in data validation and reporting. u2022 Map out existing telecom services and associated costs to provide a clear overview of current expenditures. u2022 Create actionable strategies for consolidating telecom resources and implementing cost-saving measures. u2022 Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards during the analysis and optimization processes. u2022 Support the implementation of approved changes and monitor progress to ensure desired outcomes. u2022 Maintain detailed documentation of all analysis, recommendations, and actions taken. u2022 Utilize advanced data analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and SQL to enhance reporting and insights. u2022 Provide ongoing support and updates to leadership throughout the duration of the project. Requirements u2022 Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally with expertise in telecommunications or related fields. u2022 Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and SQL. u2022 Knowledge of telecommunications billing, VoIP, and telecom services. u2022 Ability to conduct gap analysis, variance analysis, and root cause analysis effectively. u2022 Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and processes. u2022 Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to leadership and collaborate with cross-functional teams. u2022 Experience in business process improvement and KPI reporting. u2022 Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain thorough documentation of work.
