Job Description Relationship Management u2003 You will serve as the client's primary contact, acting as a liaison, serving as an internal client advocate. u2003 Maintain a comprehensive understanding of your dedicated client's group health portfolio and other internal services and coordinate communication among various business partners. u2003 Act as a liaison between clients and company, collaborating with other internal partners including Product Management, Implementation, Payroll, Sales and more. u2003 Own the client relationship by building trust, rapport, and understanding the insurance needs of your dedicated book of business. u2003 Provide proactive, personalized, strategic support and act as the primary contact between clients and insurance carriers to ensure a seamless client experience. Group Benefit Support & Administration u2003 Continually provide insurance expertise to your clients by managing benefit renewals, supporting Open Enrollment, and preparing quote proposals & benefit guides. u2003 Assist clients in the design and implementation of their employee benefits programs, including group health, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and other ancillary coverages. u2003 Handle all aspects of benefits renewals, including negotiating with carriers to secure the best rates and terms for clients. u2003 Conduct virtual meetings with clients to review their benefits plans and make recommendations for improvements or changes. u2003 Resolution support for benefit service issues such as enrollments, carrier billing, coverage, and claims. u2003 Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, benefits plans, and compliance documentation. Client Retention u2003 Maximize client retention by working with clients, carriers, and external partners to resolve issues that may impact the client relationship. u2003 You will proactively ensure client satisfaction through regular touchpoints soliciting feedback on existing group health benefit offerings and future needs, acting as appropriate (ie: quoting, upselling, remarketing). You'll ensure appropriate utilization and consistent execution of tools, communications, processes, client retention activities, and metrics.
