Role Responsibilities: u2022 Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels u2022 Develop and manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional business development support through proposal coordination u2022 Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase audience conversions and amplify key message delivery u2022 Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly u2022 Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets u2022 Work closely with business analysts, subject matter experts, team leads, and upper management to understand functional requirements and make recommendations to optimize communication elements including design, presentation, and delivery u2022 Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related field u2022 5+ years experience creating and implementing marketing campaigns, marketing strategies, and marketing plans u2022 5+ years experience with online marketing, including social media, website content creation, and digital advertising u2022 5+ years of experience with Adobe Suite creating design professional-quality graphics and page layouts for both print and web u2022 5+ years experience with WordPress Divi, Elementor and various WordPress Plugins u2022 Self-motivated, able to manage and meet deadlines and quickly adapt to change u2022 Advanced written and verbal communication skills u2022 Strong project management, multitasking, problem solving and decision-making skills u2022 Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity u2022 Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools u2022 Knowledge of Analytics/SEO and use of plug-ins u2022 Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them u2022 Awareness of design principles, color theory, use of space, visual hierarchy, etc. Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: u2022 Masteru2019s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or related field u2022 Prior experience managing proposal coordination process u2022 Prior experience working with animations and other forms of media Saliense Consulting LLC provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
