Location ND, Bismarck Specialty Anesthesiology Visas Accepted N/A Practice Details Sanford Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Anesthesiologist to join a successful, well-established group of physicians. 11 MDAs/30 CRNAs 4:1 CRNA Supervision Staffing Model In-house call rotation, approximately 1/week with post-call day off Varied case mix includes services to Cardiac, Neuro, Obstetrics, Peds, Ortho, General Anesthesiologist hire is considered equal with pay, vacation, call, and case-mix Competitive Salary consists of a base salary + quarterly production-based payout. All compensation is pool-based.
