They will also recommend and implement IT tools that support effective data management. Over time, they will help define the unit's plan for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. In addition, this position with play a key role in organizing and managing a broad range of internal and external community outreach programming. The full job description is available here: Job Requirements REQUIRED: Bacheloru2019s degree; a minimum of three years of relevant experience; strong quantitative and organizational skills; experience managing data and data sets; ability to work independently on multiple projects with excellent time management; experience implementing or using CRM software; strong interpersonal and communication skills; and ability to exercise sound judgment and solve problems proactively.
