The Junior Accountant will support core financial functions and gain exposure to a full range of accounting responsibilities within a collaborative team environment. Job Responsibilities u2022 Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice entry, vendor payments, and collections u2022 Support month-end and year-end close activities u2022 Reconcile bank statements, balance sheet accounts, and general ledger entries u2022 Maintain accurate and organized financial records u2022 Assist with audit preparation and documentation u2022 Support payroll processing and related accounting tasks u2022 Prepare basic financial reports for leadership review u2022 Assist with inventory accounting and manufacturing cost tracking u2022 Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure transaction accuracy Qualifications & Experience u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field u2022 1u20132 years of accounting experience u2022 Manufacturing or medical device industry experience preferred u2022 Familiarity with accounting systems such as QuickBooks or NetSuite u2022 Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel u2022 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills u2022 Clear communication abilities and comfort working in a small team u2022 CPA not required; CPA-track candidates encouraged Training & KPIs Training: Onboarding includes a review of accounting systems, workflows, and month-end processes. Guidance and support provided by finance leadership to build competency across full-cycle accounting tasks. KPIs: Accuracy of reconciliations, timeliness of AP/AR processing, month-end close support efficiency, quality of financial records, and adherence to procedural standards.
