Job Title: Vice President, Senior Network Engineer (ref.# 6207) Job Location: Harborside 2, 200 Hudson Street, Jersey City, NJ 07311Duties: Support the Banku2019s network infrastructure, including multiple data centers, cloud infrastructure, and global WAN by automating tasks, delivering uninterrupted business operation, performing scheduled maintenance, and owning projects and implementations for network equipment. Monitor, analyze, and report metrics of network services and deploy tools to gather appropriate metrics. Gather and analyze requirements, and propose solutions for computer networking needs. Provide day-to-day operations support for network and security infrastructure, resolve incidents and escalate issues to management. Ensure service performance expectations are met within service levels and quality, and provide support during system installations across all sites. Lead and assist in all cloud deployment within the networking group.Requirement: Bacheloru2019s Degree in electrical engineering or electronics and telecommunications engineering, plus five years of post-bacheloru2019s progressive experience in the position offered or as Sr. Consultant - Infrastructure Management.All required experience must have included designing, implementing and configuring new network technologies (routers, switches, firewalls, and cloud networking components) in on-premises infrastructure to support network migrations and business needs; migrating on-prem datacenter applications to cloud networks; building and deploying Azure/AWS clouds to on-prem connectivity via S2S VPNs and Express routes; investigating and optimizing end-to-end network system performance issues and traffic flow management, minimizing network latency and maximizing data throughput; and experience with LAN, MAN and WAN networks, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, NAT, VPC, DNS, DHCP), network firewalls (Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Cisco ISE), Citrix NetScaler Load Balancers, network automation with Ansible and SolarWinds, and ServiceNow incident and change management.Approximately 10% domestic travel required to visit branches, new sites, and datacenters.
