And we do it all with heart, each and every day. Position Summary As an Asset Protection Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting Asset Protection programs, policies, and procedures. Responsibilities include ensuring the security of company assets (including employees, building, product, supplies, etc.), conducting internal and external investigations, overseeing Environmental Health and Safety programs, conducting operational audits, monitoring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, supporting business operations, and assisting with other duties as assigned by the Asset Protection Manager. The ideal candidate for this position would have flexibility in their working schedule. Occasional shift changes and weekend shifts may be required based on business needs or as directed by the Asset Protection Manager. PLEASE NOTE: + TRAVEL REQUIRED FOR TRAINING PERIOD - Selected candidate will be required to train onsite at another distribution center (local or out of state) for 2 weeks. Candidate will need to have flexibility of working hours, during initial training period. + This is a 1st shift role Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm with additional flexibility as needed to support the business needs. Could include weekends. + This role will support both all shifts. Additional Responsibilities of the Asset Protection Supervisor include (but not limited to): + Ensuring the physical security standards of the facility are maintained and adhered to including, but not limited to: CCTV operation, access control, alarm system functionality/testing/response, cargo/trailer security measures. + Supervising Distribution Center Quality Auditors, ensuring quality assurance audits are performed according to guidelines set forth by the company. + Supervising contracted Uniformed Security Guard services, ensuring completion of all required paperwork, trailer seal inspections, tracking of trailers in computer software, perimeter security tours, trailer yard inspections, incident reporting, etc. + Performing investigations including, but not limited to: Internal/External theft, fraud, falsification of company records, misappropriation of company assets, safety violations, policy/procedure violations. + Conducting operational audits in various areas such as shipping, receiving, reverse logistics, order selection, pharmacy, and inventory control. + Collaborating with Distribution Center Operations to assure safety policies and procedures are adhered to, including timely and thorough documentation of Workeru2019s Compensation incidents and equipment accidents. + Assist with monitoring compliance with applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations. + Provide training, development, and awareness to other Colleagues through a variety of platforms, including but not limited to: New Hire Orientations, meeting presentations, AP Awareness Program, and one-on-one interactions. + Support Asset Protection Field Operations as needed (for example, researching/investigating store delivery shortages/lost in transit claims). + Other duties as assigned by the Asset Protection Manager. Required Qualifications + 2+ years Asset Protection, Retail Operations, or similar related experience + 1+ years of experience working in a supervisory capacity, either directly or indirectly leading a team + Experience with auditing, and investigations Preferred Qualifications + Bi-Lingual + 3+ yearsu2019 experience in Asset Protection, Retail Operations, or similar related experience + 2+ yearsu2019 experience in a supervisory capacity + Industry Certification (LPC, LPQ, CFE, CPP, CFI, etc.) + Wicklander-Zulawski Interview & Interrogation Certified + Experience with MS Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc. + Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills + Bachelor's Degree + Manhattan WMS Education Verifiable High school Diploma/GED Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $43,888.00 - $102,081.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
