JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Description: Dairy Farm Manufacturing EquipmentField Foreman Position Title: Dairy Farm Manufacturing Equipment FieldForeman Department: Agriculture/Service Employer Type: DIRECT HIREEmployment Type: Full-Time Salary Range: Based on Experience PositionSummary We are seeking a knowledgeable and dependable Field Foreman tooversee the installation, operation, and maintenance of dairy farmmanufacturing equipment in agricultural settings. This role requireshands-on technical expertise, leadership ability, and strongcommunication skills to coordinate field teams, ensure safetycompliance, and deliver high-quality results for our dairy farm andprocessing clients. Key Responsibilities Field Operations & SupervisionLead field crews during equipment installation, service, and repairprojects at dairy farm and agricultural facilities. Assign tasks,monitor daily progress, and ensure timely project completion accordingto client specifications. Train and mentor field technicians inequipment operation, troubleshooting, and safety procedures. Equipment &Process Oversight Oversee the setup, calibration, and preventativemaintenance of dairy farm manufacturing and processing equipment (e.g.,milking systems, conveyors, refrigeration, pasteurizers, pumps).Troubleshoot equipment issues on-site to minimize downtime and ensureoperational reliability. Maintain accurate logs of equipment service,repairs, and field project notes. Safety & Compliance Enforce adherenceto OSHA, USDA, FDA, and industry safety standards on all field projects.Conduct routine inspections and implement corrective actions whereneeded. Ensure crews are trained and equipped with proper PPE and followall safety protocols. Client & Team Communication Serve as the primarypoint of contact for clients during field projects. Provide projectupdates, resolve on-site issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.Collaborate with internal teams, management, and vendors to ensuresuccessful project delivery. Qualifications High school diploma orequivalent required; technical training or associate degree inmechanical, agricultural, or industrial technology preferred. 5+ yearsof experience in dairy farm or agricultural manufacturing equipment,with at least 2 years in a supervisory/foreman role. Strongunderstanding of dairy farm equipment systems and agriculturalprocessing equipment. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, andtechnical manuals. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, andcommunication skills. Willingness to travel to project sites;flexibility to work varied hours as needed. Working Conditions On-sitework at dairy farms, agricultural facilities, and processing plants.Exposure to machinery, outdoor environments, and varying weatherconditions.
