The JW Residences occupy the remaining 16 floors. Assist with preventative maintenance and complete report work orders such as replacing Filters, light bulbs, patching vinyl, etc., to maintain the Residence and keep the product quality standard. Assist in checking electrical systems such as air conditioning controls, lighting systems, and make minor repairs and/or replacement. Assist in checking and making (if needed) repairs and assist with major repairs of all Residence equipment including kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, gym equipment, HVAC, hand and power tools and general plumbing systems and fixtures such as pipelines, toilets, and sinks. Maintain residence dog park/garden. Maintain the building exterior and
