Pay Range: $28.00 - $42.00/hour Available Schedule(s): + Full-time, 7:00am-3:30pm Monday u2013 Friday and other shifts as needed (covering later cases). This position is at the Madison Irving Surgery Center, but may also float to the Physician Office Building (POB) Surgery Center. Surgical Technologist Responsibilities: + Professionally assists in the setting up of the operating room for surgical procedures + Proactively maintains a sterile environment by following existing surgical standards prior to and during surgical procedures. + Routinely checks equipment for proper functioning and cleanliness. + Accurately assists with performing a sponge, needle and instrument counts. + Clarifies all specimens for proper labeling and testing to be done, in collaboration with the surgeon; passes off the sterile to the circulating nurse in a timely fashion. + Participates in
