In this role, you will play a key part in analyzing financial data, developing actionable insights, and supporting strategic decision-making for our organization. Responsibilities: u2022 Analyze historical and current financial data to identify patterns and inform business strategy. u2022 Develop and refine financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. u2022 Prepare detailed financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for internal stakeholders. u2022 Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and assess operational efficiency to drive improvements. u2022 Conduct cost accounting and margin analysis to evaluate product and service profitability. u2022 Perform ad hoc financial analyses to support pricing strategies, investment evaluations, and other initiatives. u2022 Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accuracy during month-end close processes. u2022 Provide recommendations based on data insights to enhance profitability and cost management. u2022 Assist in creating presentation materials for executive leadership and board meetings. Requirements u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. u2022 2u20135 years of experience in a financial analyst or similar role. u2022 Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and financial modeling. u2022 Familiarity with business intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau is preferred. u2022 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making. u2022 Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate results. u2022 Excellent written and verbal communication skills. u2022 Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
