Primary responsibilities involve tutoring Bellevue College students as well as completing required training. Hours are determined quarterly based on tutor availability and the ASC's need.u00a0Pay, Benefits & Work Scheduleu00a0Pay rate: $19.96/hour - $27.26/houru00a0The successful candidate is expected to work no more than 10 hours per week. This position typically assigned as needed on a quarterly basis, with no expectation of continued employment beyond the current appointment. Typically, new hire starts at $19.96/hour.u00a0The temporary hourly employment is limited to the earlier of 1,050 hours or 12 consecutive months beginning from the original date of hire. Per following 1,050 hours or 12 consecutive months, an individual is not eligible for re-employment at Bellevue College in another temporary part-time hourly position. Temporary hourly employees who work more than three hundred fifty (350) hours in a twelve consecutive month period may be subject to provisions of one the collective bargaining agreements covering Classified employees at Bellevue College.u00a0This position is expected to NOT be eligible for benefits because eligibility is limited only to employees working at least an average of 80 hours in eligible employment for more than 6 consecutive months and at least 8 hours a month.
