Job Summary: In this techno-functional role, you will lead the functional management of ServiceNow Technology Asset Management (ITAM), manage software lifecycle including data collection, integrity and quality of asset data across the enterprise. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and governing standardized processes that define management systems, roles, and controls to support effective data collection and management of the banks IT assets. Responsibilities: + Work with the CMDB team to ensure ServiceNow hardware and software discovery data is accurate, up-to-date, and fit for purpose, supporting ITAM operations and strategic decision-making. + Develop, implement, and maintain processes for tracking and managing ITAM Data Quality within the ServiceNow CMDB. + As part of a federated partnership with the ITSM organization, develop and maintain ServiceNow Catalog Items, workflows, and related ServiceNow (HAM Pro & SAM Pro) configurations to support ITAM processes. + Prepare reports and dashboards for management (using both ServiceNow and Power BI), highlighting asset status, usage trends, and risks. + Support incident response and troubleshooting related to asset issues. + Identify and implement process improvements to enhance asset management efficiency and effectiveness. + Manage ITAM specific systems, such as the IBM License Metric Tool, ensuring their effective operation, maintenance, and integration.
