In this role, you'll help ensureour import and export operations meet all applicable trade regulationswhile supporting internal stakeholders with documentation,classification, and compliance best practices. Ensure accurateImport/Export Tariff Classifications, rates of duty, and troubleshootCBP clearance matters. Identify and summarize CBP regulations, FreeTrade Agreements (FTAs), Duty Preference Programs,Anti-Dumping/Countervailing Duty cases, and Section 301 tariffs. Supportdevelopment and maintenance of import/export guides and documentationaligned with company SOPs and Grainger requirements. Assist withtraining cross-functional teams on trade compliance processes anddocumentation standards. Collaborate with Sourcing, Procurement, ProductManagement, Legal, and Logistics to gather supplier and productinformation and identify compliance risks or cost-saving opportunities.Support product classification using USHTS, CAHTS, Schedule B, andExport Control Classification Number (ECCN) codes.
