Do you thrive in a collaborative environment where creativity, technical excellence, and client partnership drive every solution?CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Construction Administration Architect to join our Buildings Team in Albany or Syracuse, NY and help deliver innovative, sustainable, and integrated building designs. This is your opportunity to lead complex projects from concept through construction, mentor emerging talent, and make a lasting impact on the built environment.Serve as CHA’s primary point of contact during construction administration including overseeing customary management of RFIs, PCOs, submittals, and other CA activities Lead the design and delivery of projects from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with government regulations, zoning codes, and industry standardsDemonstrate creativity, foresight, and sound architectural judgment in solving design challenges and advancing project goalsManage all aspects of client relations, attending regular meetings and serving as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycleMentor and coordinate junior staff and project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellenceTravel as needed to project sites and client meetings, supporting successful project executionBachelor’s degree in Architecture required; Master’s degree preferredMinimum of 15 years of professional architectural experience requiredRegistered Architect license required; LEED accreditation preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Revit, and/or AutoCAD required; knowledge of Photoshop and SketchUp preferredExceptional verbal, written, and graphic communication skillsStrong leadership, organizational, and time management abilitiesFamiliarity with QA/QC procedures and business practices related to architectureWork on impactful projects that shape communities and advance sustainable designCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team of architects, engineers, and specialistsGrow your career in a flexible, supportive environment that values innovation and professional developmentCurious about the impactful work our Buildings team is doing?
