We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:Flexible work environmentCareer advancementCompetitive base salary Bonus opportunityVacation, Personal, Sick and Holiday payMedical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life and AD&D insurance401k with a company match30% merchandise discountThe Designer will play a key role in creating innovative products across the Hardlines Décor category.Design and develop hardlines décor products, including animatronics, masks, props, weapons, and Halloween home décor—from concept through final artwork.Create illustrations, specs, renderings, and clear direction for overseas vendors and licensors to ensure accurate product executionPrepare compelling presentation materials and upload finalized assets into internal systemsCollaborate with cross-functional partners including Product Development, Production, and Licensing to drive projects forwardMaintain organized project files, reference libraries, and sample submissions for licensor approvalsSupport and participate in conceptual development, trend exploration, and product ideationApply feedback to refine designs, enhance product quality, and elevate category storytellingContribute to multiple projects simultaneously and help ensure on-time delivery in a fast-paced environmentBachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or Costume Design, with 5-7 years of related experienceProficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office; experience with 3D software (ZBrush, Rhino) is a plusStrong drawing skills, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to deliver creative solutions in a fast-paced environmentCollaborative team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships across the industryPassionate about Halloween and well-versed in current pop culture trendsSelf-starter with strong conceptual thinking and the ability to follow direction while contributing original ideasThe pay range reflects the potential base salary range for this role. Individual base pay is determined by various factors such as relevant experience and skills, and the scopeand responsibilities of the position.$75,000 - $85,000
