To monitor revenue and cash flow integrity through a structured process that contributes to the capture, management, collection and reporting of patient service revenue across the organization. To provide support and calculation for valuation of accounts receivable including actual, budgeted, and projected amounts.1. Develops, implements and maintains policies, processes, and systems to maximize third party reimbursement, improve performance and ensure compliance.2. Prepares Medicare and Medicaid hospital cost reports and provides support upon audit.3. Oversees cash posting related to Medicare & State plan payments.4. Performs the calculations of accounts receivable valuation and also evaluates monthly settlements of third-party reimbursement in addition to filing annual Medicare and Medicaid cost reports.5. Provides input on goals with focus upon departmental, project or programmatic level.6. Provides Medicare Resident reporting.7. Prepares and/or reviews Retro models.8. Develops work plans to successfully achieve objectives and goals.9. Works collaboratively with other departments related to net revenue management activities.10. Supervises people, programs or projects and is directly involved in day-to-day operations.11.
