$15,000 SIGN ON BONUS!**MEDICAL TECHNOLOGIST MT/MLS/MLTCentral Maine Healthcare is seeking a Medical Technologist to join the Central Maine Medical CenterPathologyteam!This is full-time, 30 hours per week, benefit eligible, Night Shift position.Night Shift Additional Pay Differential!The Medical Technologist performs routine and complex procedures in blood bank, chemistry, hematology, serology, microbiology, urinalysis, and phlebotomy.obtains and receives specimens, performs clinical laboratory tests by standardized procedures, understands method principles, performs quality control, performs preventative maintenance, and interprets results as to accuracy, acceptability, and critical limits.works independently, organizes work to meet established deadlines, records all data obtained, and maintains job competence.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Regulatory Requirements:Certification as a Medical Technologist MT/MLS/MLT/CLT by ASCP or equivalent, required within 6 months of hire.Excellent computer and inter-personal skills.What It’s Like Working At CMH:We are all about our team members growth and health.
