Description We are looking for a Junior Financial Analyst to join our team in Modesto, California. In this position, you will play a critical role in managing banking activities and ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions across multiple entities. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented professionals with strong technical skills and a passion for maintaining efficient financial operations. Responsibilities: Assist with tracking project costs, committed costs, and budgets; help reconcile job cost reports and investigate basic variances; support project managers with cost updates and simple financial reports; assist with tracking subcontractor costs, purchase orders, and change orders; support budget updates and basic project forecasts; help update cash flow tracking schedules; maintain cost tracking spreadsheets and project logs; assist with monthly project and company financial reports, WIP (Work-in-Progress) reporting, and revenue tracking; enter and maintain financial data in the accounting or job costing system; ensure proper documentation for invoices, purchase orders, and expenses; assist with reconciliation of project-related accounts; and support internal controls and process improvement efforts.
