Description We are looking for an organized and personable Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at a cosmetic plastic surgery center located in Monmouth County, New Jersey. Responsibilities: u2022 Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a detail-oriented and friendly experience. u2022 Manage a multi-line phone system to answer inbound calls and direct them to the appropriate department. u2022 Coordinate appointment scheduling and maintain an organized calendar for the practice. u2022 Provide concierge-level services by assisting patients with inquiries and ensuring their needs are met. u2022 Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining patient records and processing necessary paperwork. u2022 Collaborate with team members to support daily operations and uphold the practiceu2019s standards. u2022 Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area. u2022 Assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. u2022 Uphold confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations. u2022 Represent the practice with attention to detail and maintain an appropriate appearance, adhering to the office attire guidelines. Requirements u2022 Previous experience in receptionist or front desk roles is required. u2022 Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems and directing calls effectively. u2022 Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules and appointments. u2022 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide high-quality service. u2022 Familiarity with administrative tasks such as record-keeping and paperwork processing. u2022 Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow healthcare compliance standards. u2022 Detail-oriented demeanor and appearance, adhering to office dress codes. u2022 Experience in a medical or cosmetic practice is a plus but not mandatory.
