We're looking for a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator with 2+ years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team and take part in utility projects ranging from sewer line installations to trenching and site prep. What You'll Do: Operate a variety of heavy machinery: excavators, front-end loaders, dozers, dump trucks, rollers, and water trucks. Assist with sewer line digs, trenching, and electrical excavation on active job sites. Support onsite construction coordination, always with a focus on safety and efficiency. Perform routine maintenance checks and keep equipment in top working condition. Collaborate with project managers and crews to meet deadlines and ensure job site excellence. What We’re Looking For: Proven track record as a Heavy Equipment Operator in construction settings. Strong working knowledge of excavation techniques, utility installation, and trench safety.
