For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance._ _Rate: $90 - $99 / hr. w2_ Responsibilities: u2022 Design and implement secure, efficient smart contracts for tokenization and digital asset workflows u2022 Collaborate with product and architecture teams to integrate contracts with EVM-compatible chains and enterprise systems u2022 Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure compliance with internal security standards u2022 Implement automated testing frameworks for smart contract deployments u2022 Work closely with cybersecurity teams to address vulnerabilities and engage in external security vendor audit of our smart contracts u2022 Optimize performance and scalability for high-volume transaction environments Experience Requirements: u20223+ years of development experience in blockchain and smart contracts u2022 Proficiency in Solidity and smart contract development u2022 Experience with Ethereum, Hyperledger Besu, and EVM-based platforms u2022 Strong understanding of tokenization standards (e.g., EIP-7702, EIP-712, ERC-1451) u2022 Knowledge of cryptographic principles, MPC, and secure key management Preferred Experience u2022 Financial services or regulated environments u2022 Integration with custody and settlement systems u2022 Agile development and DevSecOps practices u2022 Java u2022 Spring Boot Education Requirements: Preferred Certifications u2022 C4 Ethereum Developer u2022 Cyfrin Smart Contract _Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate.
