A SharePoint Developer II position involves designing, developing, and maintaining custom SharePoint solutions for businesses, often integrating with Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform. Key responsibilities include creating web parts and workflows, managing site collections, ensuring security, and collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical support. Strong proficiency in front-end technologies like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, along with a solid understanding of SharePoint architecture and the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), are essential qualifications.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop custom SharePoint solutions, including web parts, workflows, and branding.Manage SharePoint sites, including creation, configuration, and tegrate SharePoint with other Microsoft products like Teams, PowerApps, and Power Automate.Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Troubleshoot and provide technical support for SharePoint-related issues.Maintain and update SharePoint security policies and ensure data integrity.Develop and maintain documentation for SharePoint applications.Stay up-to-date with the latest SharePoint features and trends to suggest and implement improvements.Position is contingent upon contract award.QualificationsMinimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD. 12 years of experience with HS Diploma.Must be a US CitizenExperience in SharePoint development related job rolesAbility to obtain Public Trust ClearancePrimary work locations in Tacoma, WA, Aurora, CO, San Antonio, TX, and Falls Church, VA.
