We are Currently Seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSSR)Our Bilingual Customer Sales & Service Representatives are energetic, knowledgeable professionals who consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience. Success in this role requires a passion for customer service and a strong desire to support both commercial and residential clients within the green industry. Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service to all clients. Build, strengthen, and maintain positive customer relationships. Assist customers with product questions and needs in person, over the phone, and via online ordering. Pull, stage, and prepare inventory orders for pickup or delivery. Proactively identify opportunities to increase sales with existing and prospective customers. Partner with branch leadership to adopt new technologies and improved business practices. Support merchandising, inventory management, and general store operations while upholding a safe work environment. Qualifications & Skills Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or wholesale preferred. Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred. Knowledge of the landscaping, nursery, irrigation, or related products—is a plus. Willingness to learn and embrace new technologies and processes. Ability to make quick, sound decisions. Inventory management experience is helpful. Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. As you Will be lifting Inventory High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
