Job Summary: Assemble, package, and label complete sets and products within the production flow Follow written specifications and manufacturing instructions to assemble and inspect various medical devices Pull and adhere to written packaging specifications outlining product components and required materials Complete quality work at department-established production rates Appropriately handle and report non-conformances Hand-assemble boxes and identify components by catalog description Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all work performed Report quality concerns or issues to the appropriate leadership team Possibly used tools such as razor blades, hole punch, and table top grinders, calipers, pin gauges, meter stick, meter scales, micrometer, and various test equipment. Microscope or magnification in the inspection or assembly process Perform other duties as assigned Location: Spencer, IN Position Type: Evaluation Hire Pay: $16.00 / hr- $18.40 / hr Schedule: 1st- 7:30 AM- 4:00 PM Monday- Friday 2nd- 4:00 PM- 12:30 AM Monday- Friday Weekend -6:00am-6:30pm Fri., Sat., Sunday 2nd shift and Weekend shift may be required to train on first shift Monday-Friday for the first few weeks depending on the department they place them in.
