Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Order Entry Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Petaluma, California. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Sage 300 to train staff on order entry processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities: u2022 Deliver comprehensive training sessions on Sage 300 Order Entry functionalities to team members. u2022 Develop user-friendly documentation and workflows to standardize order entry processes. u2022 Provide expert guidance on maximizing the use of Sage 300 modules for order management. u2022 Troubleshoot and resolve common issues during training to ensure smooth operation. u2022 Recommend strategies to improve data integrity and streamline order management tasks. u2022 Create customized training materials to accommodate various learning styles and technical levels. u2022 Collaborate with teams to identify process improvements and implement best practices. u2022 Offer practical solutions to optimize Sage 300 modules for related tasks like inventory control and accounts receivable. u2022 Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies within order entry workflows. Requirements u2022 Extensive experience with Sage 300, particularly in the Order Entry module. u2022 Proven ability to train individuals or teams on software systems effectively. u2022 Strong knowledge of order management workflows and best practices. u2022 Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts. u2022 Proficiency in creating clear and practical training materials. u2022 Familiarity with additional Sage 300 modules, such as Inventory Control and Accounts Receivable. u2022 Ability to adapt training methods to suit diverse learning styles. u2022 Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
