Description We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in Bonita Springs, Florida. This is a long-term contract position that requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage financial transactions and ensure accurate account balancing. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record in accounts receivable processes and collections. Responsibilities: u2022 Process and record accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner. u2022 Manage commercial collections to ensure timely payments from clients. u2022 Apply cash payments to customer accounts and resolve discrepancies. u2022 Conduct follow-ups with customers regarding overdue payments and outstanding invoices. u2022 Prepare and issue billing statements to clients while maintaining detailed records. u2022 Reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies. u2022 Collaborate with internal teams to address account-related queries and improve processes. u2022 Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures during financial operations. u2022 Generate reports on accounts receivable activities and present findings to management. Requirements u2022 At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related financial role. u2022 Proficiency in handling commercial collections and cash applications. u2022 Strong knowledge of billing functions and account reconciliation processes. u2022 Excellent organizational and time-management skills. u2022 Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams. u2022 Familiarity with Northstar financial software and tools. u2022 High level of accuracy and attention to detail in handling financial records. u2022 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a detail-oriented environment.
