Youu2019ll be: u2022 Managing Blackline operation interfaces, settings, and ongoing tool maintenance. u2022 Ensuring Blackline processes remain aligned with CIA and SOX compliance requirements. u2022 Providing ongoing user support for all deployed Blackline Modules. u2022 Troubleshooting user issues, liaising directly with the vendor for optimal resolution, especially during critical close periods. u2022 Maintaining global Service Management SMT workflows for efficient request and issue prioritization. u2022 Supporting and guiding end users for Corporate Applications, distinguishing between process-related and technical issues. u2022 Assisting in creation and presentation of Blackline training materials.
