Assistant Manager $22-30/hr Quarterly incentive bonus We are seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Alidoro! As Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our shop through training, maintaining cleanliness, managing inventory, payroll, and executing catering orders to help us meet COGs and labor targets.Pay rate: $22-30/hr plus quarterly incentive bonusPerks:Paid time offFlexible schedulingCareer developmentFree meals or discountsMedical insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceResponsibilities:Train new staff members on their daily functionsEnsure cleanliness and regular maintenance of the shopManage inventory for food, packaging, and equipmentEnsure the performance of the store hits COGs and labor targets.Finalize and execute all catering ordersCreate production pars based on estimatesContinually ensure quality control of all productsTest employees to maintain a continual retraining processAssist with promotional event planningRespond to customer emails and handle guest complaintsRequirements:5+ years of experience in the food/hospitality industry3+ years of managerial experience with a team of 10 or moreFamiliarity with POS systemsNYC Food Handler's CertificationExperience with ordering and inventory managementUnderstanding of sales goals, production pars, and quality controlExtensive experience with training new hires and continual training to better staffMeticulous cash handlingCourteous with staff and co-workersExceptionally high level of organization and attention to detailProven ability to increase sales and manage cost marginsFlexible availabilityAbout us:Alidoro brings the authentic flavors of Italy to the heart of New York City.
