Job Title: Pipefitter Job Description Local fire protection company is currently looking for 1 person to support the install team - Candidates will be expected to prep materials for all crews on all job sites. Responsibilities + Prepare materials for installation teams on all job sites. + Utilize a basic understanding of pipes, fittings, valves, hangers, heads, and sleeves. + Read and interpret blueprints accurately. + Operate a Rigid 300 machine for threading and grooving pipe efficiently. + Use band saws for cutting and shaping materials. Essential Skills + Basic understanding of all pipe-related components. + Mechanical aptitude. + Ability to read blueprints. + Experience with Rigid 300 machine and threading and grooving pipe. + Experience using band saws. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience as a Plumber, Pipefitter, or in Construction. + Familiarity with Rigid, Threading, Bending, and Cutting. + Experience as a Sprinkler Fitter.
