Role Overview: Weu2019re looking for a hybrid Graphic Designer + Copywriter to help tell the Orange by Fooda story through compelling proposal decks, presentations, and marketing materials. Youu2019ll collaborate directly with Foodau2019s enterprise sales, operations, and marketing teams to design and write polished, persuasive content that reflects the sophistication and personality of the Orange brand. This role is ideal for someone whou2019s part storyteller, part designer u2014 someone who loves turning strategy, data, and hospitality into visually stunning narratives that win new business and inspire client confidence. This is a hybrid role three days a week in the Chicago office. Key Responsibilities: + Design visually engaging presentation and proposal decks that reflect the Orange by Fooda brand identity. + Write clear, concise, and persuasive copy for slides, executive summaries, and supporting collateral. + Develop one-pagers, case studies, and digital templates used in enterprise sales and client presentations. + Maintain consistency across all visual and written materials u2014 tone, typography, color, and imagery. + Translate Foodau2019s operational and culinary differentiators into elegant, client-facing visuals. + Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure creative alignment. + Manage multiple projects and deadlines with speed and precision. Qualifications: + ~2+ years of professional experience in digital design and marketing (agency or in-house). + Strong portfolio showcasing design and copy for presentations, decks, or digital storytelling. + Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and PowerPoint/Keynote. + Anticipatory skills u2014 able to translate business concepts into approachable, compelling copy or visual representation. + Strong visual eye for layout, composition, and data visualization. + Comfortable managing fast-paced workloads and collaborating across departments. + Bonus: Experience with hospitality, food, or lifestyle brands; familiarity with Figma or Canva.
