This includes (but is not limited to) the following:1. Scope of Duties: Camp HOPE offers a camping and mentoring experience for children exposed to domestic violence, sexual assault and/or child abuse. The Camp HOPE Site Coordinator will be responsible for the organization and implementation of the Camp HOPE-Arkansas program, as well as the follow-up mentoring events throughout the year.```{=html}```1. Key Responsibilities:2. - Complete all logistical planning for Camp HOPE America-Arkansas; including but not limited to scheduling activities, transportation, trainings, interpretation/translation services. - Collaborate with the Community Outreach and Marketing Associate for the solicitation and receipt of new donations for the program as per approved Donations Policy - Ensure all Camp HOPE America Affiliation requirements are met-including, but not limited to updating event activities to meet the needs of Camp HOPE America-Arkansas yearly curriculum changes, and Hope Survey data compilation. - Participate in monthly Camp HOPE America Affiliation meetings and coordinate with the affiliation to implement curriculum and gain technical support. - Coordinate Camp HOPE America-Arkansas team meetings and sub-committees meetings. - Provide ongoing outreach to the community by providing program specific presentations and trainings-including but not limited to classroom presentations for counselor recruitment, support staff orientation, and community engagement presentations. - Work with Community Outreach and Marketing Associate to create and update Camp HOPE related social media with current program information and updates. - Assist in recruiting and training Camp Counselors, Support Staff, Community Partners and Partner Camp Staff from Trauma-Informed Approach. - Provide a comprehensive end-of-camp report including debrief meetings with feedback from various teams. - Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports as requested by Assistant or Executive Director. - Perform other duties, functions, special projects, and responsibilities as assigned by Assistant or Executive Director.```{=html}```1. Advocacy2. - Assist with Hotline when needed - Attend and participate in regular program staff meetings, team meetings and supervision meetings. - Maintain excellent communication with campers, parents, and staff - Ensure appropriate guests records, case plans and services are kept confidential and recorded in Apricot. - Provides quality direct service support in all Camp HOPE programs and WCF programs as needed.Other1. - All other duties as assigned by the Assistant or Executive DirectorMinimum Qualifications: The Camp HOPE Site Coordinator will have thefollowing minimum qualifications:- Significant experience working in a crisis environment.- Bachelors degree in social services or related field or equivalent experience- Ability to compile basic statistical and written reports and use Word, Excel, Outlook- Ability to multi-task- Ability to demonstrate an understanding of oppression issues, ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds, and understanding of culturally competent service delivery methods- Proven ability to work indep ndently, effectively as an individual and part of a team- Valid drivers license and proof of insuranceTraining: All WCF employees must complete eighteen hours of coredomestic violence training conducted by the Arkansas Coalition againstDomestic Violence (ACADV) within nine months of their hire date.Thereafter, staff must receive three hours of ACADV approved ethicstraining every two years. Annually, after the first year of employment,employees are required to seek out and attend ten hours of continuingeducation that will assist in effectively performing their duties. WCFwill pay for required training and all must be approved by the AssistantDirector.
