Adecco is seeking motivated 1st Shift Operators for a respected and innovative avionics company in Clearwater, FL. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for candidates who excel in performance, reliability, and engagement. Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour (paid weekly) Schedule: u00b7 Regular Hours: Mondayu2013Friday, 7:00 a.m.u20133:30 p.m. u00b7 Training Schedule (Classroom Setting): Mondayu2013Friday, 6:30 a.m.u20132:30 p.m. for 1u20132 weeks u00b7 Overtime: Not required, but available on weekdays and weekends as needed (up to 12-hour shifts) Key Responsibilities: u00b7 Masking and prepping small parts u00b7 Cleaning components and performing detailed work requiring strong dexterity u00b7 Utilizing basic computer skills to complete tasks (email, Microsoft Word, Excel) u00b7 Maintaining accuracy and attention to detail u00b7 Working independentlyu2014this is not a traditional assembly line; you will manage your own workflow and pace Desired Qualities: u00b7 Dependable and proactive u00b7 Willing to ask questions and remain engaged u00b7 Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small components Requirements: u00b7 High School Diploma or GED u00b7 1u20132 years of relevant experience u00b7 Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and email u00b7 Ability to adhere to dress code and PPE guidelines Dress Code / PPE: u00b7 Casual attire (jeans or khakis; plain shirts without writing) u00b7 Closed-toe shoes u00b7 Required PPE provided as needed Pay Details: $17.50 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
